1. Keep Lobsters in the SEAFOOD EXPRESS shipping carton and store in your refrigerator until ready to cook. Lobsters should be cooked the same day they are delivered and no later than the next. 2. Fill a heavy, sturdy cook-pot with just enough water to completely cover lobsters. Bring water to a full boil. 3. Grab each lobster by its back and immerse, head first, into the pot. Return water to boil. Then, time from the second boil. Do not overcook. Meat should be firm and shells should be red. 4. Eat hot or cold. Serve with melted butter and juice from the pot on the side. Supply plenty of napkins and a bowl for discarded shells. Have fun! |
