The ultimate finger food, these crustaceans are mostly harvested in Louisiana and are sold fresh frozen cooked. Crawfish look like tiny lobsters but without the claws. Crawfish are already seasoned and have about 15 whole cooked Crawfish to each pound. They are sometimes used as a substitute for crab, shrimp or lobster.
