Each scallop is wrapped in premium, center-cut uncured bacon (with a toothpick), delivering a balance of smokiness and richness without overpowering the scallop. No added water or preservatives, nitrite & nitrate free. Frozen item.

Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon

Our Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon is troll caught using a hook and line. It has a rich, reddish orange meat and has been called one of the best tasting salmon. It is great for people who don't like a strong, fishy flavor and is high in Omega 3's. It is a milder flavor than King and Sockeye Salmon, 100% natural, wild caught and sustainably sourced. Please note although the salmon is de-boned, it may contain an occasional bone.

King Cuts are typically between 2-3 lbs and these cannot be cut to a smaller size. We will get you as close to your requested weight at possible.

These Gluten Free, Preservative Free Sausages have NO added Nitrates or Nitrites and are a great treat for the grill or to spice up your meal! Please note that these do also contain Pork Fat and Dairy.
