Escargots in Garlic and Parsley Butter
- Preheat oven to 430° F.
- Remove from packaging, place frozen snails on an oven tray and bake for 10 minutes without allowing the sauce to boil.
Jumbo Gourmet Stuffed Scallops
- Preheat conventional oven to 450° F.
- Place two scallops on cookie sheet.
- Cook for approximately 35 minutes.
- Ensure internal temperature of 165° F is reached.

- Preheat conventional oven to 450° F.
- Place clam in oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Ensure internal temperature of 165° F is reached.

Lobster Mac & Cheese Pie
Conventional Oven (Recommended):
- Defrost pie in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Remove plastic wrap and place on cookie sheet in the center of the oven.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350° F or until center is 165° F.
Microwave:
- Remove plastic wrap.
- Transfer pie to a microwave safe container.
- Cook on high for 3-5 minutes, or until center is 165° F, stirring occasionally.
Maryland Crab Cakes (Cook from frozen)
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Place Crab Cakes on Baking Sheet and cook approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Ensure internal temperature of 165° F is reached.

New England Haddock Pie
Conventional Oven (Recommended):

- In a convection oven, bake at 400° F for about 15 minutes.
- If frying, deep fry frozen fish cakes at 360° F for 3-5 minutes.

Stuffed Crabs (Available in Sampler Pack)
- Place stuffed crabs on a cookie sheet into preheated 450° F oven for 35 minutes.
- Ensure internal temperature of 165° F is reached.
